Your Fundamental Rights in a Chinese Hospital:

1. Right to Informed Consent: You have the right to understand your diagnosis, proposed treatment, risks, benefits, and alternatives in a language you understand before consenting.

2. Right to Dignity and Privacy: You have the right to be treated with respect and to have your privacy protected during examination and treatment.

3. Right to Access Medical Records: You have the right to obtain a copy of your own medical records, including discharge summaries and test results (may involve a fee).
